Fracturing Operations
Premium Hoses provides hoses for moving fluids from one storage point to another, blending operations, and for pump suction and discharge. Premium Hoses also specializes in small and large bore high pressure frac hoses, utilized to simplify rig up and alignment of missiles, mono-line, and multi-line systems. Premium Hoses only offers BONDED END CONNECTIONS for high pressure frac applications due to significantly increased resiliency and extended service life. The weight difference between our bonded end hoses and crimped end hoses is minimal, between 5% and 20% depending on length, diameter, and end connection selected. Premium Hoses are resistant to all standard chemicals utilized in fracturing operations.
Flowback Operations
Premium Hoses are ideal for rig up and optimizing flowback changeover operations and are resistant to all standard chemicals utilized during flowback operations.
Production Operations
Premium Hoses provides hoses for production operations to simplify alignment of various pieces of equipment, to use for temporary service transfering fluids between separation and storage equipment, and for various forms of loading/unloading and treating. Premium Hoses are resistant to all standard chemicals utilized during production operations.
Water Recycle and Disposal Operations
Premium Hoses provides low pressure and high pressure hoses to allow operational flexibility in recycle operations when maintaining, replacing, or bypassing equipment, as well as for ease of wellhead alignment when tying back to injection lines for disposal systems.
