Small Bore High Pressure (<4”)
Premium Hoses offers small bore high pressure hoses for applications such as pump discharge, injection, and compressor discharge post cooler. Premium Hoses only offers BONDED END CONNECTIONS for high pressure applications due to significantly increased resiliency and extended service life. The weight difference between our bonded end hoses and crimped end hoses is minimal, between 5% and 20% depending on length, diameter, and end connection selected, see comparison of 2" Premium Bonded vs 2" Leading Crimped.
Small Bore Low Pressure (<4”)
Premium Hoses offers small bore low pressure hoses for applications such as pump suctions, blender manifold tie backs, truck loading/unloading, and vacuum services.
Large Bore High Pressure (>4”)
Premium Hoses offers large bore high pressure hoses for applications such as connecting multiple high pressure manifolds/missiles, frac stack to wellhead connection to ease in alignment, missel to mono-line frac manifolds to ease in alignment, and pressure relief. We also offer bearing type swivel ends, to further ease in alignment.
Large Bore Low Pressure (>4”)
Premium Hoses offers large bore low pressure hoses for applications such as pump suctions, looping of low pressure systems, connecting multiple low pressure manifolds, and low pressure bypasses.
